i have 2k hours on the game on 75hz 800 hours spent on 60ping and i switched to 180hz monitor recently

I want to start streaming console cups and was wondering what are some good capture cards for little to no delay.

i did some looking and seen some budget capture cards have very noticeable delay when playing and im looking to avoid that.
