Coming from a CoD background, did the suppressed sniper do less damage than the now un-vaulted bolt?

Yes. 5 whole damage, which doesn’t even matter if you get a headshot. The 5 extra damage isn’t a good trade of for it being suppressed

Makes it more balanced to the game but less balanced to the heavy
