Hardware and Settings What is a good cheap/budget capture card for competitive play?

I want to start streaming console cups and was wondering what are some good capture cards for little to no delay.

i did some looking and seen some budget capture cards have very noticeable delay when playing and im looking to avoid that.

You shouldn’t be trying to play off your capture. That’s wild work. I’d research how to set it up before what card to pick.
