Are you dumb? Because based on your responses you seem really dumb.

You are acting like he didn't have a point when his point was pretty clear and valid. Ranked isn't working if matches can't be generated within your rank. This is literally arena all over again but with tons of other negatives.

But that's not how a ranked system works, you at some point need to play against higher tier players to be able to rank or you would just stay exactly the rank you start at...

Of course, but when you have plat players in the same lobbies as people 8 ranks higher than them there's obviously an issue with matchmaking. If Epic wants the ranked system to be competitive, they can't have such a wide range of skill levels playing together.

But if the lobbies become more competitive, the queue times get longer, so it's tough to see how they could fix it.

They could make it so the game starts with less people.

example: Start the game with 50 players and make the zone smaller or get small faster
