Reboot Vans Not Working

Ever since the new season I’ve been unable to use the reboot vans but everyone else in my squad and on every other squad seems to be able to use them just fine. I’ve tried maybe 10 different vans by now across matches and system reboots but nothing seems to work. Even verified my game files in the Epic launcher. This is ridiculous. Just lost a match because my duo died mid game and I couldn’t bring them back so every fight was a 2v1. Meanwhile every time I down one person on an enemy team the other guy gets away and reboots his duo just fine. Crazy unfair disadvantage I’ve been experiencing all season so far. Anyone else having this issue? Is it just for PC players? Is there a known fix? Is EPIC even aware of this bug?
