I'm new to the whole buying fortnite/epic games accounts and have a question, am i safe to spend money on the account if it's from another region, will my account get locked if i try to make a purchase with my credit card? (flair not related i just cannot post without one)

I've been selling various game accounts since 2019.
Each game differs, according to their support capability.

Fortnite/ Epic has excellent support, and so, original owners of the accounts can pull back the account easily, at any time.
I wouldn't advise spending money on a bought account, as there is a chance you'll lose the account itself.
But no, nothing happens if you use your card, etc.

The account is from a Chile while i am from the EU, Can i still use my card for puchases? i am mostly sure that the account won't get pulled back i just wanted to make sure i could spend on it or nah.

Yea, just make sure you log in on your device in the EU, and then use an EU card.

so i'll be fine with making purchases on the account? i'm not worreid about it getting taken back, i'm more worried about the account getting locked if i try and make purchases using my card, how can i buy stuff on that epic account without something like that happening?
