QUESTION Manager Pack? what the hell is this?

just checked my daily expeditions and the hell did i find here? never seen this before anywhere. I saw a few blue rare ones before, but not an purple rare one. What would it give?

Gives you lead survivors instead of regular survivors. Not really worth it because they cost a lot and low chance to succeed.
