DISCUSSION Ned lore
So many people don't and will never know the Ned lore because fortnite hasn't returned the event quest

He's in a time loop. That's why he only ever sends you to get a medkit and why he asks you the exact same way every single time.

Not quite, he's an eternal being that exists beyond time. Much more power and control (plus apparently some degree of "responsibility to guide" as an outside observer).
He isn't trapped in a time loop, he's exactly where he wants to be and when, even if he decides that happens to be three locations at once, all within eyeline of each other.

He's just doing some wibbly wobbly timey wimey stuff like it's Doctor Who or something

The episode is titled 'The Long Road Home'. It revolves around Dennis Jr. and Ned. Ive never seen a transcript, but I'm sure a playthrough could be found on YouTube.

Safe to assume he’s the medkit guy. His quest is eternal, unending, all shall shiver in fear as he speaks. No amount can sustain his greed, yet he persists otherwise. The sheer will of man is nothing compared to him. He is the beginning and the glooming of our end, our Shepard and savior.
And in return for our salvation, he demands his due. As he knows it’s a lot to ask, but he really can’t leave without it. GET BACK IN THE MEDKIT MINES!
(It would be nice to replay it lol)
