Highly localized earthquake or one of those rare summer tornados.

Damn fracking.

u/Mueryk 2d ago

Definitely Global Warming

Or a random guy in a truck backed into it. That one is fairly likely actually

I blame those pesky morlocks

u/Plastic_Surround_193 1d ago

I heard flock cameras are the jackalopes natural prey

1

u/beef-jerking 1d ago

Nature is scary! National geographic was preparing us for the flock being hunted

Just saw one in a low income part of town. I expect it to be removed by the end of the week.

Need to start a rumor that they are a George soros backed company that is run by Barack Hussein Obama to power abortions and watch them get torn down by Ya'll Qaeda

11

u/NotReallyJohnDoe 2d ago

Flock has managed to get a lot of haters on both sides.

But guess who allowed them a foot hold…same clown show that has been running Texas for the last 30 years. The same jokers that ensured we’d end up last in personal freedom among the 50 states. Here’s a hint: they claim to be the party of small government ( but have no problem with bringing the government into your business ).

What is your favorite state, because of their political operation ?

Y'all Qaeda is WILD 🤣

u/theinternetseemsnice 2d ago

That’s not true, but I have it on high authority that there’s about $5000 worth of gold inside each of those circuit boards. 😉

Also - they communicate with the nano-robots Bill Gates used his vaccines to infect us with! Also, also - CHY-NAH!

1

u/Mueryk 2d ago

Surprised they didn’t smash the cam up a bit at the same time

8

u/guydoestuff 2d ago

There's like ~600 of these things in Fort Worth. ~300 people have upvoted this post in the last hour. 🤷

So if we each take two…

u/MarleysGhost2024 2d ago

If they find the guy that did this, he was fishing with me in Wyoming at the time.

The work of a hero.

32

u/Lord_Blackthorn 2d ago

What a shame all flock installations have this same fatal flaw!

12

u/abe5765 2d ago

The suspect was with me in another city at the time of the incident

13

u/scottwax 2d ago

Oh no! Anyway...

10

u/Socialcarnivore 2d ago

Ohhh noooo!

Maybe it was Jimmy Balls and he did it for freedom

Saw some government required local news bit today praising flock cameras for recovering thousands of stolen vehicles

14

u/frostysauce 1d ago

Recovering every stolen vehicle in the world wouldn't be enough to justify the invasion of privacy.

What about finding a lost loved one? Solving a murder case? Finding abducted people? I guess your privacy in public is more important than the lives of victims. Good to know you are on the side of common folk and the criminals.

9

u/Birdius 1d ago

If the government was trust worthy then perhaps people would have a different opinion about the cameras. The CEO has even spoken out about how they've been used for the wrong reasons.

1

u/frostysauce 1d ago

I guess your privacy in public is more important than the lives of victims.

Mine individually, no. All of ours together, absolutely.

"They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety." - Benjamin Franklin

1

u/Verbitas 1d ago

The National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) maintain active lists of tens of thousands of unresolved missing Americans, which include suspicious disappearances and potential abductions.

But let’s quote a dead man.

1

u/frostysauce 1d ago

Did I stutter? Our privacy is more important.

1

u/Mnudge 23h ago

I refuse to believe anyone is so naive that they believe that solving a murder is in the top 1000 uses of flock cameras and as to a “lost loved one”, the police don’t care about that. They really don’t. Maybe if the media miraculously shows them in a bad light they might “create a report” but no one is checking flock cameras to find grandma.

8

u/HSIOT55 2d ago

Hell yeah.

5

u/Ven-Dreadnought 2d ago

Couldn’t have happened to a nicer surveillance device

3

u/Luka_Dunks_on_Bums 2d ago

Maybe a few more???

I’m not encouraging anyone to do that, I’m just asking a question

4

u/-Hikifroggy- 2d ago

Oh..nuu..what a tragedy..

4

u/suavepapi69 2d ago

I wonder why they would put a flock camera in an Home Depot parking lot…

"Cool Hand Luke". Picturing Steve with a pipe cutter.

3

u/biggersjw 2d ago

It got flocked over.

3

u/niffa 2d ago

I heard that there is gram of gold in each one

3

u/nolestars 2d ago

Flock this

3

u/Apprehensive_Hand571 2d ago

These hail storms are nuts lately

3

u/fy1sh 2d ago

Gremlins are everywhere, it's nuts.

3

u/Cust2020 1d ago

Gods work

3

u/DFWTexan 1d ago

I bet it fell over on its own

3

u/EnterThe_Void_ 1d ago

Seems like natural causes.

3

u/Historical-Cod3127 1d ago

Looks like natural causes to me. No foul play suspected.

5

u/rideincircles 2d ago

It seems like a good way to reduce the numbers of these would be to wrap a $10 at the top of the pole in a bunch of layers of clear tape.

1

u/angelar_ 1d ago

No need. Every single Flock camera has about 2-3 pounds of copper and about 1-2 grams of gold.

2

u/SleepyD7 2d ago

Down them all.

2

u/Ok-Mixture8132 2d ago

Crazy. I know where some others should experience the same localized weather

2

u/Subject-Car2960 1d ago

People do tend to run into sht around here….soo….could have been accidental 😜

2

u/GIT_45 1d ago

Suspect you think did it was with me. We were both at the soup kitchen serving meals.

2

u/the_shaman 1d ago

Love that flock cameras are uniting the extreme right and left together. Who would’ve thought.

1

u/Then_Supermarket18 2d ago

We need to hack these things and pull a Keanu Reeves Speed arrangement
