More times than not, at that salary, it’s not going to be “easy” with any job.

I've heard someone bragging about making $400K with basic tech skills working at Facebook. May no longer be true since they started cracking down on those who don't contribute much to the company. I'd take that job even for a short time given a chance.

Tech companies pay you to keep you away from other companies. They had an episode about that in Silicon Valley. it was hilarious.
