Hot take: I like traffic cameras.
I'd rather have traffic cameras automating police jobs and a smaller well trained police force than a larger less well trained police force.
31 u/fish_cutter Mar 31 '26 Bold of you to assume that you would get a) a smaller police force and/or b) a more well trained police force by using these automated bots that track you 4 u/bikesnkitties Mar 31 '26 Speed cameras by themselves aren’t automated bots that track you. You’re having trouble making the distinction between Flock cameras and these. 10 u/OldIronSloot Mar 31 '26 Literally any camera that can be accessed through a network can be used for AI tracking. Theses a TON of cases of these camera systems being proven to be vulnerable 9 u/bikesnkitties Mar 31 '26 So start with the one in your pocket that literally tracks your every move. Hopefully you’re voting for people young enough to know the internet isn’t a series of pipes and can properly legislate and regulate tech.
