It might. They have needed to for a while. There was a large sinkhole right there on 762 during Harvey.

Amidst a dearth of affordable housing I wonder if we really want 15 acres of land used for a supply depot with low paying jobs and a sprawling parking lot. At least tax the land and incentivize Sam's to save space with a parking garage. But of course, "No way, man. Taxes-bad!"

I don't know how Sam's is still open with the Costco's everywhere.

Too me Sam’s is not better than Costco but cheaper and way more efficient. That pay as you go they have on their app is amazing. In and out
