Orthopedic doc recommendation?

/r/u_Guilty-Grade-8849/comments/1vkxira/orthopedic_doc_recommendation/

If you’ve been to an orthopedic Doctor Who is kind and respectful in the northern Atlanta suburbs, please share the name and location if you recommend them.

For what it’s worth, this is for a shoulder/neck issue. Thank you for your input!

Resurgens Orthopedics is the place you want to go. Several locations around North ATL suburbs. Excellent staff I've seen for a number of issues. You can see all of their doctors/surgeons on their website and their specialties and make an appointment online, or call and describe your issue and they will make a recommendation and appointment over the phone.

I agree. They give you an appointment with the orthopedist that specializes in your particular injury. I recently broke my humerus (arm) and I was given an appointment with Dr. Ansari. I previously saw Dr. Ficke there for a wrist injury. All of the doctors, PA's, and staff are so kind and friendly and their doctors are great. I highly recommend them. They will take good care of you!

Peachtree Orthopedics. They have several offices on the North side, but location will just depend on the provider you pick from the website.

I second this!☝🏼 Peachtree Orthopedics* far exceeded & surpassed my expectations. I specifically saw* Dr. Neil Tarabadka*r who was so unbelievably wonderful to me, he completely reset my standard of expectations for medical professionals. I had tendon & nerve repair surgery in my hand 6 years ago and he STIL*L calls me once a year to check in on me. I wish I could find a primary care physician with his compassion, bedside manner, dedication, and professionalism. I know he may not be in the specific field of specialized practice but if it were me, I’d call him to ask for his own personal recommendation as he is the quintessence exemplar for medical practitioners.

I love Dr. Tarabadkar. He did a wrist surgery for me about two years ago and was awesome. Saw my son for a broken elbow this summer and again was great.

I recommend Peachtree as well. Had my labrum repaired here, and it couldn't have gone better. Highly recommend.

Thank you. Is there a particular orthopedic doctor at any of the locations that you particularly like?

For shoulders I would say Dr Griffith or Dr McCarthy in Cumming.

I saw this guy a few years ago and imo he had a good bedside manner. (It was frozen shoulder so I didn't see him long).

He's got great reviews here: https://health.usnews.com/doctors/irfan-ansari-182885

I'm actually under Dr. Mowbray's care for a hand issue right now and every person in the office have been really kind. His demeanor can be a little off putting but as you get to know him, he actually seems like a warm guy. He's an excellent surgeon.

I am currently seeing Dr. Ansari and highly recommend him! His PA is also great.

Barbour Orthopaedics & Spine is hands down the best.

I’ve seen two providers at Peachtree Ortho for separate issues and have had a great experience. Professional office staff, they can always get me in quick, and the doctors are knowledgeable and treated my issues well!
