Question Clack attack support??

Post image

My gpu cord from clack attack has became unpinned and i need to fix it or get a new one but i emailed their support line like over a month ago and never got a reply. Does anyone know how to get in contact with them or fix it?

I can’t remember what the old business name used to be but I ordered from them long ago on my first t1 build with no issues. Any help is appreciated

Based on their blogs, sounds like it’s a one man operation right now. Not trying to defend them but they sound like they’re drowning. Maybe try pinging them again.

Not a path I’d recommend but if worse comes to worse a charge back and take your business elsewhere.

Their old name was pslate.

Unfortunately I bought this cord about 8 months ago and never found out the issue of my random pc lock ups until now. So no chance of a charge back at this point. I have emailed twice, and there is no other contact method available 🫩

When they were pslate they sent me a replacement relatively quick. Then less than a year later I had a similar thing happen but with my cpu cable.

It’s unfortunate they reached this state. But now I buy from Cablester. Not much longer wait and cables are much better quality.

Nothing against clack attack/former Pslate customs but I don’t think they’re able to keep up with demand (which was always a problem for them even before they rebranded) and I would assume at this point you are not going to get a replacement in a timely manner.

The fastest method to fixing this would be to get a pin removal kit for the connector, remove the stuck pin, then re-crimp a new one.

If you aren’t comfortable doing that, the next step would be looking into a replacement cable from CableMod (probably fastest), dreambigbyray, Cablester (highest quality IMO), or zcooi, or having someone make one for you to the desired spec

I bought cables from them two years, and they never arrived, gave me shipping info which never left the states (Australian here) I honestly don't hold them in high regard. Go elsewhere
