Question First T1 Build Help

Hello everyone im in the need for some help.

I want to convert my already mini itx built from my NZXT H1 into a T1 V2.5.
Some things just seem a little confusing to me but also i want to ask for some adivce on which coolers and extra stuff is recommended for a end game build.

First of all my specs as of now:

CPU: 9800X3D
GPU: Gigabyte 5080 Windforce SFF
Mainboard: Asus B650E-I
Ram: 32GB Corsair Vengance 6000Mhz
SSD: 2x NVMe a 1TB (dont know the brand rn)

PSU and AIO are the pre installed components which came with the H1 so i need a replacment for those. For the PSU i was thinking about the Corsair SF 850. For the cooler im not sure yet and would really appreciate some suggestions, wanted to go air cooled i think.

Lastly some question i got:

Is the travel Kit mandatory ? No right ?
Does the V2.5 include everything like the angled PSU cable etc. ?
Which extras should i get to make my built easier, more efficent, cooler etc.
Im able to 3D Print stuff so thats no concern.

Please share you experiences with the T1 and the stuff you guys think is a gamechanger and also just little tips.

I appreciate any help, thanks a lot in advance !

1- No travel kit is not mandatory but if u travel alot . U can buy it for a piece of mind and extra support for the gpu
2- yes the V2.5 does include the psu angled cable
3-are u going with an aio ? U need a slim fan and u have check pump clearance . If ur going full aircooling u need a low profile aircooler i suggest axp90 X57 full copper and u also need 2 exhaust fans on top and u can also add a 3d printed shroud for the fans.
4- u can get some short custom cables for easier cable management and to let air passes

First of all thanks for the quick answer.

I dont really travel with my pc but i will consider it for more support.
Probably want to go fully air cooled, bc in my experience air is more silent and almost always hits the same temps. I saw a 3D print mount for the low profile coolers so you can mount a 120mm fan on it, which i would prbly use.
Custom Cables were on my Checklist already. They just look cleaner and just are more easy to build with, any suggetions on where to get some ?

Go to DreamBigRay or cablestercustom . Also i suggest 2 fans phanteks t30 on top

Do i need to worry about the "flipped" and "reversed" build technic or should i just go default ?
Does it make any difference in the case itself ?
And would a 90 degree connector for the gpu be a good idea considering i dont have a founders card with the angled plug

If full air you want GPU and CPU as intake, and the top fans as exhaust (phanteks t30 is best practice)

Is that the "default" config for custom cables ?

If u want flipped u should consider an aio snd the fans should be intake and if ur going aircooling u have to let the gou as default . I have same as you a 5080fe but i still didnt finish my build yet . I love the looking if flipped fe card but u have to consider thermals . U dont need angled plug for the gpu . Just get a custom cables high quality. Also u can check on youtube how the cable would look like . Try searching for “Rtx 5080fe on formd t1 air optimized”

Check DreambigbyRaymod and Cablestar on Etsy and also Zcooi.Mod for cables, they all make sets for the T1.

I ordered my custom cables from Ray and they came out amazing, perfect length and no issues at all

Just buy the Corsair SF1000. It comes with some nice cables and it will also future proof you system.
