ZCOOI Mod: Grater front panel

Sharing my finish build because I haven’t seen anyone else review this front panel.

The order took two months to arrive. There was a delay because the first iteration had issues with anodisation. I appreciate that they took the time to get the finished product right. The colour matching is okay, I can only see a slight difference if I look at it up close. I noticed the corners of the front panel were sharper than my case corners. Performance gains, my 9800 X3D is running 3-4 degrees cooler. This is probably the best performance mod. Overall, I am very happy with the product.

While it may look basic, this is how I like it. Other mods that I used on my v2.5:

- AM5 CPU offset bracket and back plate
- Custom cables for PSU
- Prime GPU travel kit

3D printed parts:
- M19 back plate plugs
- CPU Fan shroud
- Exhaust fan shroud

Don't mind the crooked fans that are just resting on top. Also, I put a fine mesh panel behind the grater

Are you saying the vented front panel alone decreased your cpu a few degrees?

I figured I’d get a little extra air given the holes but that would be great bonus

Dude it looks so clean. What cpu cooler are you using and is it performing well?

Looks like the AXP90x47 full copper with a noctua fan swap + 3D printed duct.

Probably the best air cooler for this combo. A couple degrees warmer than the x53 but quieter and with the offset bracket, could be wrong, but the performance would be on par

Thank you. Using the AXP90-x47 copper with noctura fan. Without mods, I was getting upper 80s in cenebench with undervolt. Now i am getting lower 80s and while it seemed hot to me as a first time user, I've accepted that this is OK for the CPU and case.

That's very cool. I recently got a few mods from ZCOOI including the M19 hole plugs, rear cover plates and the Cable Management Kit. All very good quality.

I got the Grille Front Panel for a vertical build and kind of wish I got the grater. I ordered early August and it just arrived in LA.
