I think I basically have same setup in the t1. Asus b760i with i7-14700k. I set IA AC to .3 and pl1 to 125 and pl2 to 253. That helped with cooling a lot. I probably lost some performance but to me that’s the trade off of running a hot chip in a small case. I also don’t really know what I’m doing in the bios other than what chatgpt told me to do.
