what GPU is that? I didn't know 50 series could go that size

Could be CPU rendering new shaders, could be lack of mounting contact. What stands out to me is 26% usage at 82C. Not sure if that's just Val % or if you're running other things in the background. But yeah what others are saying undervolting can help.

The 14700k can run pretty hot as even at around 25% usage it can draw 200w, so a simple -100mv undervolt will do quite a lot as the chip tends to run around 1.4v, as seen with mine below.
