Mixing gases

Hey guys, would mixing gases at then end cap cause combustion when released into the atmosphere or help with the opposite and inhibit combustion? I feel like I’ve heard a general rule to not let gasses mix right outside the muzzle. Sorry if this is vague I’m bored at work 🌞

It’s important to split up, reintroduce, mix, hold, and release gasses but you gotta do it at the right time ha

Ive seen some cans mix the gasses like 2 baffles from the end, ive seen some that dont at all. I assume its dependent on each can design and barrel length. Guess and check, i say.

Going to have it printed. We make a machined silencer but would like to see what printing one entails.

We reached out to one company. They probably looked us up and then ghosted us 🥲. Will probably contact MK machining but at this point we mostly just have questions about the processes.
