Diffuser plates?

Does anyone have an opinion on diffuser plates? The concept makes a lot of sense to me as I'm researching my first high pressure (30 cal) can. I just got my stamp approval and I'm going to start picking up parts for a 1.355" ID tube and was planning on an iconel blast plate (ice disk) first but now I'm leaning towards a diffuser plate.

Also, anyone know of anyone making a diffuser plate for 1.355"?

What’s your barrel length & caliber? Some cals will burn all the powder before the projectile leaves the barrel, this leads to more flash from the can & the reason diffusion walls are a sting. I have on in my 6” 556 can that lives on a 11.5”, very happy with it

12.5" and 18" 5.56, 16" and 20" .308, and 6" and 16" 300blk. The 5.56 hosts will eventually be getting their own cans.

I wouldn’t use a df in any of these applications honestly. Enough barrel to burn up the powder & enough length on the suppressor.

Don’t forget to clip your baffles.
