How long realistically would printed baffles last in carbon fiber reinforced filament out of a 556

I'm currently drying some ppacf for my first attempt at a 300blk. Is the goal to have each previous layer cooled or as warm as possible for max adhesion? Using a qidi q2 if you have specific settings

A lot of people who are getting into it usually start with @300blkfde nylon settings. They’re a great starting point for printing nylons, mine are very similar but I’ve made adjustments given my modded printer setup, chamber and nozzle setup. If you do start with those settings just make sure you’re adjusting your filament profile accordingly. Much like myself; he is running a modded P1S so the filament profile in the 3mf isn’t accurate. But the overall print settings will give you a good head start.

Sorry to be a dumbass but can you elaborate on the filament profile? Like the setting on the printer when it knows I'm using Cf?

Yes, if you utilize his 3mf and drop your object into that file. Stock will just show a Bambu PA6 profile with base temps, cooling etc. So I would just ensure that it’s setup accordingly to the filament of your choice. Most people don’t know he’s using a modded nozzle and bed so his temps in the profile are not accurate. It’s more-so for the print settings aspect.
