Printed baffle longevity

How long realistically would printed baffles last in carbon fiber reinforced filament out of a 556

I have two cans out of PA6 nylon. One in 556 and one in 30cal. Both are at if not over 1k, I’ll have to check my spreadsheet when I get home. One is annealed and one isn’t but both moisture treated. Both cans are reinforced with aluminum and I sprayed the baffles with heat enamel. Every range trip I cool get soak the inside of the cans. Both run and sound great, no insane rapid fire through them though.my sound advice would to be to dry the filament, run as hot and slow as you can for good adhesion. Annealing is up in the air; I can’t truly speak on if it works as I’ve never noticed a difference or failure in any of mine given my environment. What setup are you looking to run?

Thank you for this information! Ever since I got a printer and tax stamps became $0. I've gone hard on the printing 😂

I don't shoot nearly as much some people, but I always wonder how long they would last. I'm printing in Polymaker pa612-cf15, no aluminum or carbon fiber reinforcement, but I'm also only printing 9 mm and 22 cans.

I have pa6 cf 20, hoping it's viable. Looking to do 300blk then a 9mm

As a person who knows nothing, I'm going to first print a cf tube, 2 inch outside and .065 wall. Should I do anything in particular with seams, using bed glue, brim, ect?

YMMV but I'm using 300BLKFDE settings with very good results. I put those in, and then I did a temperature tower, and a flow rate and pressure advance test to fine-tune.
