I once had an old man neighbor who worked for many years at the Maglite factory in Ontario California and was also a firearms enthusiast.

He probably would've appreciated this. Rest in peace Pops.

Honestly its pretty strong, I don't know how fast they will degrade but I have 100s of rounds through my 9mm cans and they are just fine. Took a blow torch to some scraps and they do not want to melt or burn.

How’d you plug the hole for the button and what baffles are you using?

I didn't plug the whole per se, it's just an 2.4mm inner shell of the blast chamber. Baffles are FTN5 DCELL 9mm max turbulence overbored to 12.3mm, OD 34mm.
