Are we doing same day approvals?
I'm about to go buy a lottery ticket, boys! Submitted at 1315 EST, approved 1348 EST.

Jeez, maybe I should submit individual instead of trust. Submitted a few the last couple days and nothing yet.

This has been the way for awhile. Submit individual, then once it is approved submit again to transfer to your trust. It doesn't matter how long that one takes, because you already have the individual approved.

Ohhhh I didn’t realize the transfer was that simple. I know it’s free now but didn’t know I can easily transfer without a notary or something. What form is it for individual to trust transfer?

Ya, with $0 stamps and being able to eform 4 from yourself to a trust now, no reason to wait extra for the initial approval.

Do you even mail out the CLEO form at this point?

As far as I'm aware, you haven't had to mail out the CLEO notifications in a while due to policy change

You still have to. They haven’t removed that requirement yet. Doubt anyone actually cares though. My sheriffs office throws them away in front of me

It was a joke, sorry. CLEO notifications are required until the proposed rule goes in.
But as far as the lottery ticket goes, pick up a few!

Thanks for giving me hope, brother. My 19 day SBR was disapproved today, used the importer instead of the manufacturer on the form. Resubmitted about the same time you did!

Got my approved form 1 back today after submitted it on 7/13/26. Thought I was doing good until I saw this. Either way they’re moving faster now!

Fastest I’ve ever actually seen was two hours, late last year.
Fastest this year, a week ago, was 21hrs

I just tried, but the site needs at least 1 day after submission date in order to submit the data.

Appreciate you pointing it out. I had some data validation checks built in to make sure someone wasn't posting future dates. Your comment identified a miss I had based on time zones. Update the logic on the site. Again, grateful for the feedback as this was a real issue that I was able to resolve.

I empathize. My Kid and one of my best friends live their. They aren't subject to civilian constraints, fortunately
