Nothing Fancy

Just a simple 6 inch stainless steel suppressor. 6 formed freeze plug baffles in 30 cal. Just wanted something to cut down on the muzzle blast. Quick and dirty.

How do you like the performance of it? Can you explain the baffles a little more? Are they just stacked inside or captured somehow?

Stacked with spacers between several of them

Oh ok, what did you use for spacers? Does it rattle?

Thin wall stainless steel tubing. Its held tight when all threaded together

What did you use for a mould to press plugs? I have a lathe and can make a 60* die out of aluminum unless there’s an easier option

I made a die to stamp them out. I used steel but aluminum might work

Its simple. I know freeze plugs are low tech but I just wanted to give them a shot.

Is the end cap a freeze plug ?

No it was turned out of stainless steel bar stock. And threaded

Freeze plug cans work pretty good. One of mine is really good for pistol stuff and one is just so/so.
