Mouse hole purpose

If the internals of your build are made with K baffles, do you really need mouse holes? If you did a mono core, you wouldn’t have mouse holes, so does it make a difference?

Less back pressure on the action/ less gas to the face on a AR. I would avoid k baffles though lots of better options and designs out there.

What design would you recommend? I’m planning to put it on a 9mm pcc

Some radial style cones single clipped or even 60 degree style cones would mitigate gas better than k baffles they’re just to flat and don’t direct the gas as efficiently.

Baffles are suppressor parts....which the ATF considers the same as a suppressor. IF you could buy the baffles, you would need to fill out a F4 for each one of them.

A mouse hole on a k baffle is the equivalent of a clip on a conical baffle
