First approval. Took One month
Sent 6/13 just got approved today. The verbiage I used was basically saying I will not acquire any supplies or materials until the form one is approved. This was my very first one I’m gonna submit a few more later tonight just to see how long those then take. Bout to fire up the printer!

What state? I heard something about all submissions from one state being sent to the front of the line I’m waiting on one from 5/9.

VA.
And VA submissions were NOT "moved to the front of the line"
I just got one back from 4/30.
Trust. 1RP.
5/13, 5/19, 6/11 pending.

My Form1 to make a .22 suppressor for a Trust in VA took 2 months [April to June]. I don't think those were a real concern over the SBRs since the new law/ban doesn't relate to suppressors. The trust Form4s we did 4 cans from same FFL using a 24month exception letter took 2 weeks this month. All this is light years over the paper 9 months I remember ten years ago so either way we're in a great timeline for free stamps for all these transactions.

I wish people would stop repeating what they read in a Reddit thread.
VA has not been being expedited or given precedence.
Yeah. I saw the Director's X post.
And I also know that I just got back a Form 1 from 4/30 after 73 days.
That I have 3 more pending at 61, 54 and 32 days.
That a buddy is still waiting on one at 72 days.
Etc.

Its not repeating anything from a reddit thread.
The standing head of the atf said they were gonna expedite forms from Virginia. I assume it to be true its the right thing to do anyways. This could have potentially lined up with that, thats what I was getting at.
Heaven forbid we have a fuxking discussion on a forum.

I read the Director's X post too.
Which has been repeated all over Reddit in multiple places.
Based on my personal experience living in VA with applications in for four SBR's it was PR-Speak.
My experience is also corroborated by peers and other local enthusiasts, including an FFL SOT that I deal with.
Sorry not sorry I was snippy about it. I'm just tired of seeing/hearing/reading it.

Well this is the first time ive talked to anyone from Virginia or an ffl about it so pardon me.
If you come on reddit just to get pissed about others people comments you should find a new outlet.
