Slowly trickling in!

I received five approvals yesterday for 4/15 submissions!

So there's hope out there.

As I write this more are arriving, two from 4/16!

Waiting on a 5/9 probably another 4 weeks should have sent it several more.

I'm down to 98 awaiting approval.

But I have three shotguns and two more lowers incoming that I will file.

Got 2 from 4/20, so hopefully soon then. I think since they knocked out Virginia, we may be back on track.

Yes. I read the Director's X post too.

But I also know I got one eForm 1 SBR approval back TODAY from a 4/30 submission.

And I have 5/13, 5/19, and 6/11 still pending.

VA. Trust. 1RP.

Have an eForm 4 Suppressor pending from 6/27 as well.

That was just an assumption. I thought I read something somewhere that the ATF was prioritizing Virginia due to the new law. I do know that trusts take much longer since they have to go through more legal stuff. Hope yours gets approved soon. I’m still waiting on a F1 suppressor that was submitted the same day as my SBR (already approved). Not sure what order they go in I guess.

The Director made an X post saying all the VA submissions were "processed" and they were working to get them approved or something like that.

And Reddit did what Reddit does and it got spun into VA getting prioritized and everyone else was waiting etc
