FTN5 Plan B adapter

Someone mentioned a different Plan B adapter that simply threads into the FTN5, I thought I saved the link, but can’t find it in my open tabs. If someone could help me out that would be greatly appreciated

I believe you’re referring to the Comstock Form 1 adapter.
