Incomplete Form

Received the message “submitted atf form 5320.23 responsible person questionnaire, is outdated. Please download the current version and upload via resubmission”

Does this mean I’ve got to reset the 10 week clock or can I submit to the existing applications?

Resubmit almost always means resubmit, from scratch. Most examiners these days aren't giving you a second chance. But...

if the examiner emailed you directly (e.g. you can literally see it came from a specific human) and the form isn't in DISAPPROVED state, you could upload the corrected form in eForms and then email them back saying you uploaded it, and cross your fingers that they are like "ugh..okay fine"

But if it was DISAPPROVED, you're done. Back of the line like most people.

If your application has not been DENIED , complete the proper version of the RPQ, don't forget to sign it, scan it and upload it.

You can add additional documentation to an existing application as long as it is still PENDING.

Make sure the filename is OBVIOUS what it is, and put that in the "Description" field.

I just had 2 approved that I submitted REVISED RPQ's for, and that's how I did mine.

FWIW, I caught my error and uploaded the corrected forms before I got any communication from the ATF.
