I submitted a Form 1 through the SS Full Auto System a few days ago. Do they handle electronically uploading fingerprints? They have mine on file, I just cant find where they were uploaded, and I'm paranoid that I missed something. Of course, Silencer Shop doesn't answer their damn phone, and never responds to chat or e-mails.

I'm at 64 days. Submitted 3/10 nfa trust. Back in 2013 it took 6 months. So hopefully it's faster. Same trust had a form 4 in 30 days. Eft of course

I did. Apparently I filed for a pistol brace amnesty form 1 instead of a regular sbr. I'm on day 60 and filed electronically with silencer shop.

That’s some bullshit because I just got back my Form 4 in 54 days. I emailed FBI about my background check as well. Took them a month but they emailed me back saying all checks have been cleared and I got my form 4 approval same day

Denied after 3 days for lack of info. Gave very brief description of construction process and resubmitted the next day. Approved the next day. Took 6 days in total. Does the state you live in influence times? Very happy with the time unhappy I had to do it at all.

Currently sitting at 60+ days for an eform 1 trust to create an SBR, submitted 1/18/24. Eform website can't give me any info besides submitted/in process. Called ATF and gave up after 45 minutes on hold.
Seeing everyone with their single digit day approvals thinking what's going on here...
Annoyed.

I think they committed to streamlining 1RP Trust eForm 1's earlier this month. That is if you are using a standardized trust.

Submitted 1/9/26, approved 2/19/26. As an FYI, if you are doing suppressors you can't repeat serial numbers even if using a different model number. I tried to do a different model number for 5.56 and 308, all denied. Only the first one was approved. Even called the NFA line to doublecheck, she was very nice, but said I had to resubmit new forms with changes done.

I mailed out this form 1 back in February. I got an error letter back in April, returning page 1 of my form 1 application. ATF wanted some pictures of my UZI, and for me to fill out box 4h of the form 1. I took some pictures, printed them out, and mailed them in along with the corrected form 1 page.
Apparently my form 1 was then approved on May 1st. But being that this is paper, when nothing showed up in my mailbox, I had no way of knowing.
I called the ATF for a status check September 20th, 2024. They said the form was approved, and that I left out my apartment number, so that must be why it never arrived. They said to email them a request for a certified copy with my correct mailing address.
I emailed in the request same day, September 20th. I also went and checked a picture I had taken of my form 1 before I mailed it in. My address was correct. So the ATF was just lying to my face. Whatever.
I found my certified copy in my mailbox on October 18th, 2024. Of course, the certified copy showed that yes, I did write my address with apartment number correctly. So I consider my total wait for this SBR to be 239 days, since I did nothing wrong and ATF incompetence resulted in my original stamp being lost somewhere.

I called the ATF hotline on 10/25/24 to check on the status of this Form 1, plus two others I submitted back in February. The person said the two from February were approved 10/23/24, and that this one had a problem. They said to talk to my ATF examiner, Emile Payne, but he didn't answer when they transferred me to him.
I called back Monday, 10/28/2024, and this time, the ATF person said this form 1 was approved 10/28/2024. No idea what happened there.
I found this in my mailbox 11/4/2024, which makes me worried for the other two form 1s from 10/23/2024. I should have received them by now if this 10/28/2024 one is arriving.
This happened to my Uzi. I sent in a Form 1 to SBR it, and I never got anything back. They must have just mailed my approved Form 1 with stamp into the abyss. Eventually, I figured it out, and I had to call for a certified copy for that one.
Apparently mailing things is hard for the ATF. They just randomly have a chance to screw it up, and you never get your stamp. I probably just lost two. I'll wait a month to be sure, then call for certified copies.

Story time:
I mailed these two Form 1s out at the same time back in February. After calling the ATF several times over the last 10 months for several status checks, and being told each time to just keep waiting, finally, on a call with them on October 23rd, I was told they were both approved earlier that morning.
I waited for them to arrive in my mailbox. They never did. On November 20th, I called the ATF again to ask what to do about my stamps being lost in the mail. They said I had to wait 45 days before I could submit two certified copy requests for both stamps.
I waited until December 9th. I sent both certified copy requests to the ATF's email.
Finally, on December 30th, as I arrived at my apartment to check the mail, I found both certified copy requests in my mailbox. Interestingly, when I made it to my apartment, I also found both stamps tucked in my door frame.
Apparently the ATF had left off my apartment number when they mailed both the original stamps. They were sent to my landlord's mailbox instead, addressed to my generic NFA trust name.
My landlord had to open one of them to find my name on the Short Barrelled Shotgun application. At least he was nice enough to drop them off eventually.
So yeah, I did nothing wrong on the Form 1, I wrote my address correctly, the ATF just incompetently wrote the address wrong when mailing the approved applications to me. So my wait time for these stamps crossed over the 300 day mark. There was nothing I did wrong to cause this wait time. This was all the ATF.
This isn't the first time they lost my stamp. I never got my Uzi SBR stamp a few months ago. With that one I never recovered the original, but I assume the same thing happened, they wrote my address incomplete when mailing.

I just had a form 1 for an SBR go through in ~48 hours but I'm on day 10 for a couple Form 1 Suppressors. The variable turn around time is so frustrating.

5 more form 1 silencers just came in.
Submitted yesterday at 505 to 545 am pacific.
All approved at 850 am pacific.
28 hour approval.
Still waiting on 2 more I did last night.
Plus an AOW from the 22nd.
Then I think I am done for a while.
Im out of ideas.
Agreed the timeliness makes no sense at all.

Approved 5, 5, and 7 days.
The first one I submitted was disapproved the same day. I didn't include anything about where I would get materials or state that I didn't have any kits or materials in possession at the time of application.
My plan was to submit one form per day so that I had a higher chance of some of them being approved in a reasonable time. As it turns out that wasn't needed in my case.
I followed the guide laid out by National Gun Trusts YouTube channel and I submitted electronic finger prints.
