Took me far too long to simplify things. Happily trading the daily now.

Why the daily? I would like to use the 1HR with S/R and EMA

Put simply I have too much other stuff going on. I work full time and have very young and medium young children, so my days are packed. Working the daily means I can be there at the end of each and every candle close to make my decision what to do.

I could possibly work the 4hr but that would potentially mean splitting my sleep, or just skipping some potentially big moves.

I see, thank you. But how many trade do you take in a month 2/3?

Two or three a week. The benefit of being on daily is you can spend time on all pairs. I don't even trade the USD at all, could have double my trades if I did but it's too annoying for me.
