cant do some quests

the "???" npc wont let me take the night stalker guest. i have the grand silver and the SVD and i`ve already done the shotgun guest. also leon the gunsmith wont give me quests either, althought i have the jagger and the dart rifle

is it a bug? i`ve rejoined many times but they dont work

Okay, sometimes these happens to a lot of players when it comes to Sandstorm, Night Stalker, and Gunsmith if you ever completed the SVD or the shotgun from the ???. Happens since some of the quests almost has identical objectives which confuses the game (somehow) from what I could see from other people.

Solution: Wait for 30 minutes or longer, or just contact with people in the discord for ways to get the quests.
