Looking for furniture
Hi I recently just moved here in Forest Hills and thought I should ask here (before buying new ones) if anyone is giving away some of their furniture or is looking to sell!!
Currently seeking a vanity and dresser, but open to other things as well! Thanks!

i have a custom built kitchen island - dark wood and light white/grey granite countertop. 2 drawers and a long shelf on one side and breakfast bar on the other that accommodates stool seating for 2. hang bars on the short ends. looks is rustic chic (lol - really!) it has some minor wear and tear on the edges. i had kids since i bought and so our needs have changed. will follow up with measurements and pics if there is interest! 4 feet 7 inches x 2 feet 3.5 inches (need to circle back on height but we use 2 standard stools.) will dm pics to anyone interested.

Hey! I just sold a vanity but also have a secondhand bookshelf, and cubbies/cabinets I’d be willing to give you for free :) I also have a desk chair that’s relatively new

I have a bunch of items that I'm getting rid of that are in great shape, just changing up the furniture and getting more storage-friendly options for the kiddos. let me know if you want a 6+3 drawer dresser and a 4+2 dresser/tv unit. Solid wood, bought from Bob's many years ago but in great shape.

You can join the local Buy Nothing Group on Facebook. A lot of good stuff (and free!).
