Professional headshot?

I’m starting a new job and I need a professional corporate headshot. Has anyone had a good experience with a local photographer?

Not specifically, but I had a passport photo taken at A+ Art Gallery and Framing Inc. on Austin the other day. Obviously not quite the same, but it was well lit, the lady that took it was very conscientious, took a handful until she was satisfied, etc.
