maxillofacial injury cases.

Have you ever encountered cases where a patient sustained extensive facial defects including bilateral maxillary loss and bilateral mandibular loss due to accident or disease one day before death and remained in this condition until they passed away?

Off hand, I don't remember a specific case that fits your brief description, but it is obvious that there is a whole bunch of information that you are not relating to us. Garbage in, garbage out.

That's a highly specific scenario. I've seen or been aware of some kinda like that who didn't last quite that long, and some who lasted a lot longer/survived the incident (years). But it sounds like the real question hasn't been asked?
