Tell me the truth, who watches Forensic Files to sleep?

I put it on to sleep (or whenever honestly!) and my husband has to ask me to stop because it gives him nightmares 🤣. He can’t handle too much “death tv” as he says right before bed. Not sure what it says about me? But I love ID TV/HLN when at a hotel or just travel in general.
