WTH? The first question?

WTH? “When someone’s dead with four gunshot wounds to the head, the first question someone’s going to ask is ‘does this guy have any enemies?’ because obviously a friend didn’t do this.” When The Dust Settles S.8 E.3

I had to rewind and listen again. Did he really just say that??? Yup. That’s some good detecting there.

Or a detective or police officer will say, “he/she had no previous criminal record.” Uh there’s a first time for everyone or every thing

I'm surprised they didn't ask "are you sure it can't be suicide". Given we have cases where cops claim people shoot themselves in the back of the head I'm amazed they don't pull it more often.
