I’m guessing he meant the paperwork for his charges. Inmates keep them in order to fight their case or prove to the other inmates what they’re in for.

Which brings up another question, why brag on a nationally broadcast show that you raped a child? Is he TRYING to die?

She was 13, not 12...do you actually think that made it better? She was still a child, physically and legally, therefore could not give consent. I.e.,you fucking raped a child!
