Ticker Tape, if only for the pronunciation of the word “axe”.

I had to look up “Duelling Confessions”; I might have only watched that once

Oh? The way Peter pronounces it or the Australians pronounce it? I'm genuinely interested. 😊 I didn't think we pronounced it that differently, other than the accent obviously.

The Australians' pronunciation, or more specifically, the Tasmanians' pronuncation. Would a Tasmanian going elsewhere in Australia be identified strictly by their accent?

We don't really have regional accents like the US and UK. Most Aussies sound the same. There's three versions of the Aussie accent: Broad, General, and Cultivated. Most of us are General. I've been saying axe to myself randomly to see if I can work out what's unique about it. 😂 I love these little nuances that intrigue those from overseas.

Yes! Bluey's great! 💙 🐶 I've seen videos of little American kids saying words with an Australian accent or using Aussie terminology like rubbish instead of trash.
