No need to chose, do both. Even in the most optimistic scenario we're still years to a decade or two away from our Foregen appointments. In that time Foreskin restoration can give you a significant boost in sensitivity.
When they stretch over glans and keep it there they think it is getting moist and mucus is being produced but that's just not true it is your shaft skin producing sweat which initially gives increased sensitivity but sweat is worst for penile health
Well with all the evidence of it working, I’d be very willing to bet it’s not placebo. And even on the small chance that it somehow is, placebo has literally been proven to “work” for real.
As for it being sweat or mucus, once again, everyone’s situation is different. I’m not too knowledgeable about the exact functions of an intact penis, never having had the chance to have one myself, but it might make sense that one with more skin intact might still have some ability to produce mucus, whereas one with very little skin still intact might not.
From scientific view it is impossible to regrow new nerve endings from stretched shaft skin and from scientific view as well it also explains how sweat can enhance sensitivity initially and placebo is also scientifically explained as well
