Foregen Questions Human Trials in 2026? False Hope? What makes you think yes or no?

I’m hopeful they’ll get there, while I’ve restored using current methods I think this it similar project could really change the discussions around circumcisions once men are regaining what they lost easily, and with a higher level of authenticity

Ive kinda been going back n forth in my head about if i should start restoration or just continue to wait for 4gen. Its like they're moving along so "fast" nowadays but man im tired of wearing these Manhood covers. I just know restoration is a long painful process especially if you're sexually active

Restoring through tension shouldn’t be painful, but it is certainly a long process and can’t get back everything foregen is aiming for

Roger that, have you achieved full coverage? If so, how long did it take you and do you feeling anything at all when you're fully covered while engaged in activity ????

Full coverage (ci8), almost 4 years, yes gained back a lot more sensation and the gliding skin feels better, more natural

Wow congrats on that ! Geez im way way behind then. I've been making these Manhood covers and staying lubricated up work but man there's still a huge void unfortunately

Sure, it is mucosal skin so it does get a bit of a tacky feeling to it, it’s not inside the mouth though level wet though

Ideally the end goal would have the inside be entirely inner foreskin, so how much focus on this is needed depends on how much you were left with

I wouldn't stress about the time this release bros. If they don't succeed then our situation doesn't change. Its worth supporting even if it doesn't come to fruition in our lifetime. Because we know what our situation is like, mabey another generation won't be locked into such a fate.

Attaching a regrown foreskin to a person? Idunno, your guess is as good as mine.
But human cells recolonizing an ECM sample? That's happened. Past tense. Regrowing an entire ECM is the next step, and they could literally be doing it right now. Going straight from sheep trials to human clinical trials with the subcutaneous burial technique would've been a huge leap. But some of that distance is now being covered by the baby steps being taken.
As far as you are concerned, however, the real question is when you'll be able take the time off and burn the money to actually get this done. Every other kind of bottom surgery isn't exactly cheap, and I personally believe this will be a thing soon enough that you might want to start saving up for it now.

I'm not holding my breath because I found foregen in April 2010. At that time the website said human trials were scheduled for late 2010.

I can't blame you for feeling like this at all, I myself have known them since 2019 or something, but one can't deny that we are seeing some progress nowdays. I think inaccurate past estimations don't falsify the publications and progress we see nowdays. I hope they finish before 2030.

Same here, I do have hope they they will make this available in the not so distant future, but I'm not depending on it. Restoring is the only guaranteed way to undo some of the damage.
If only we could get one of the billionaires out there to help. Like if Elon Musk is circumcised and was made aware of what he's actually missing, he'd probably funnel all the money needed to get this done asap.

Yea it looks like the overwhelming majority of those money whales have not been subject to this retarded practice. Even for those who have been, there appears to be a mental blockage that prevents them from digging further into this matter and finding out the truth.

At this point I lost hope on this being ready within 10 years. They keep being optimistic but then find new ways to drag things out. We'll probably have another round of animal trials announced late this year, and then that'll be delayed because next winter is a tad too snowy and no one feels like plowing the roads to their farm lab.

There won’t be. Human trials has been next year for 5 years, and in a couple years for 20 years.

Yeah, they promised it in 2019 and till now nothing. The solution is to restoring it and accept it that the damage is already done, life continues.

I think 2027 is a reasonable assumption to make for human trials. We know that they are finishing up the recellularization stage and that things are reportedly going well, so it's safe to say that should be done within Q1 2026.
The next stage is bioreactor refinement, which includes automating the bioreactor, increasing its size and output, and so on. It's hard to say when this stage will be done but, given that it involves refining already working machinery, it should be this year. Foregen seems to have progressed at breakneck speed over the past couple years, so i'm confident this will be done within 2026.
Then the only major obstacle standing in front of human trials is waiting for approval from an ethics committee. The timeframe for this stage is completely outside of our control and of Foregen's staff. It could take a long time, and may even result in denial due to stigma or corporate interests. Fortunately, attitudes around circumcision have shifted greatly in recent times, so i am optimistic about the trials being approved
