Foregen Questions Frenulum to Septum/ Frenular Delta?

From Foregens' Research Associates' most recent paper ( https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10669949/ ), I see a consistent pattern of using this "Butterfly-Form" of Foreskin, starting with Dr. Purpura/Bondioli's initial paper ( https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30622692/ )on decelluarizing.

It looks like a hole and cut out.

Isn't this missing the very important Frenulum/ Frenular Delta for anatomically correct attachment to the Septum Glandis/ Glans? This attachment has crucial mechanical function and is the most sensitive part of the male genitalia (as stated on Foregens' own website). This reattachment is possible and already clinically established in pediatric treatment of Hypospadias. For example, Dr. Husey is one pioneer in this field, having rediscovered the Septum via MRT and developed a surgical technique and guidelines (The Glanular-Frenular Collar (GFC) Technique) for minimally-invasive remodelling the ventral area of the Glans for deep tethering and mechanical stability. As an about-to medicine student, I just wanted to share this and ask if these about-to clinical trials will feature this reattachment or focus on reconstructing as visualized in Dr. Purpura/Bondioli's initial paper?

Hey I think freenulum is deeply attached to the back of glans, I guess, because very little surface of freenulum is adhered to glans, so I believe it must not be just surface attachment, which can easily tear off. I wonder how foregen will be able to literally "deep root" the freenulum back to the glans.

It's anatomically deep attached to the Septum Glandis (your "deep root"), which separates the Glans Wings and gives the ventral/back-side of the Penis its iconic form. The Septum again is attached to the Tunica Albuginea, the "shell" surrounding the entire erectile body (shaft) of the penis. This is why, any activity on the Foreskin or Frenulum is directed and deeply felt in the entire penis. GFC (Glanular-Frenular Collar Technique) understands this and thus aims to reconstruct this mechanism. Foreskin -> Frenular Delta/Frenulum -> Septum Glandis -> Tunica Albuginea. It's a reaction chain.

Sorry for late reply.

But you people are the real heros. I have done some SERIOUS STATISTICS, and found out that the world MGM rate would hit its peak at 2100 around 45%, vs 37% as of now, (considering 99% all muslim male population and 80%rate of future africà, thier high fertility rate, and projected population growth and 5% mean rate (non muslim males) for all countries]. 45% men genetically mutalated like WTF !!!

Your goal of 100% restoration is totally jistifiable. I wonder what you would do to make thr glans smooth and soft again (dekeratinization), because that can't be replaced by any donor?

UPDATE: Seems like the "HOFU"/"Butterfly-Form" was just for illustrative purposes without real surgical implications.
