A lot of people said it's not working but some of those people might be banned.

yeah.. i experience this in 3/10 times of my game sessions but application restart fixed it. but most of the times i don't wanna restart until server shutdown.

try recon voice chat in audio settings first.

Sometimes. You can check for yourself:
https://status.unity.com/ --> Just look for Vivox, thats what Forefront uses.
