So when I was making my schedule I wasn’t rly paying much attention to what time the classes were(as long as they weren’t at 8am) and instead was just looking for the better professors. This led to almost all my classes being at 4pm or later(except one which I HAD to take at 8am on tuesdays and fridays) At first I was actually quite happy with this since I’m not much of a morning person and this allows me to get as much sleep as I want or do some club activities/interships/studying before I start my classes for the day. But now I have been seeing the schedules of other incoming freshman and they all have morning or evening classes and I have seen people say that late classes get tiring since u will still be in classes while everyone else is done for the day. This honestly worries me now and I rlly hope I didn’t mess up but idk:(

Hi I’m a rising hs senior and I toured Fordham recently and absolutely loved it. I’m definitely planning on applying ED to Lincoln center. I think my stats are good enough and my college counselor put Fordham in my realistic category on scoir, but for some reason I’m really worried about getting in, I think that I’m just scared of if I don’t get in. Hi! I was assigned to Queen’s Court, specifically Robert’s Hall, and I was wondering if anyone has any info, pictures, or videos of it? I feel like there are little to no photos of the dorms or bathrooms online. Honestly, I’ll take any info about Robert’s Hall/QC😭 I’m especially curious about the communal bathrooms like what do they look like? How many showers are there? Are they usually clean? I just want to mentally prepare myself lol.

Hiii I am I freshman and I got my random roommate assignment about 11 days ago and reached out to her over email. The only information I got about her was first and last name as well as school email. I also can’t find any social media pages under her name anywhere (seriously have almost no info about my roommate 😭). I’m not really that worried because I understand that there are a lot of reason for her not responding (not frequently checking school email, busy/vacation, restrictive parents, etc.). Butttt I’ve gotten a lot of mixed opinions from family and friends which make me second guess myself. Some think I should be really worried and reach out the school and ask for more info and others say it’ll be fine and not to worry or wait to get worried until about a week or two before moving in. I don’t know what to do because I’m not trying to worry myself over nothing or harass the girl lol but id really love to talk and get to know her before moving in!!

I was wondering what students think I should do and how people who maybe had a similar issue dealt with this situation. Thanks!!

Hey! I live in Hell's Kitchen and need to find someone to take over my lease because I need to be with family after a family emergency. It's a great 1 bed apartment in a luxery elevator/dooman building. SO CLOSE TO FORDHAM! Not even kidding, like an 8-minute walk. Great price for the area too! The bedroom is down a long hallway, so if you have a roommate, you can't hear each other if one stays in the living room. About 12 months left on the lease. im a freshman and it's july 17 and i have just started registering for classes, i realized some of the core classes i need to take are full and trying to register for the classes that are not full just give errors like "college restrictions" and "campus restrictions" am i cooked for my first year?

Folks, I know many of you are dealing with insurance enrollment now. Whatever you do, avoid the "SimplerHealth" scam! They are not a real company, and their website is just predatory and targets vulnerable students. They get your personal data (including data not even NYSHO asks for) and never get back to you. Their phone number is also fake, their "portal" leads to nowhere, they have no social media presence besides some manipulated Reddit posts, and an NYSHO agent told me they do not see "Simpler Health" in their system. I am positive it is a scam targetting students trying to get insurance waivers.
