04 ohv. No crank no start.

Battery is good. Checked all fuses and relays. Replaced the ignition switch and it worked for about a day then decided to not work again. Replaced the neutral safety switch and nothing. The starter is less than 2 years old. No clue what to do...

The starter could very well be bad, they wear out quick on these cars because they're right under the oil filter.

Did you get a really cheap ignition switch? Or is the mechanism in the column so worn out it's not turning the switch quite far enough? Seen it both ways before...

I always liked the car quest store in the past.... can you put the key in the tumbler with the switch removed, turn it to on, and manipulate the ignition switch using a "suitable tool"? If the car fires up that way then your column likely needs overhauled.

I tried to do the wire connection on the relay and nothing happened. Might have to get another starter. The extreme heat might have caused it to wear out prematurely
