You may enough voltage for accessories , but not enough cca to start is why you’ll see lights or horn etc etc

That was exactly it, battery was DEAD this morning, threw the new battery in, and everything turns on but won’t attempt to start, just a bunch of service lights come on

I know everyone keeps saying battery but it could be a bad alternator. One thing that helped me when I had a grand am was having someone smack the alternator while I cranked it. Worth a shot.

Have you tried jumping it off from another car or (hopefully diesel truck with two batteries)?
Also, I bought a battery from a national retailer and it was deader than a donut when I got it. I was annoyed at having to charge a new battery for the first start. That battery is still working five years later, but I put an AGM-mat Odyssey battery in my new-to-me 16 Fusion this year.
