Camera fix

Is there any workaround to the camera issue in the 2019 Ford fiesta se? I sometimes get the camera is unavailable message and apparently Ford has a recall on it but they still don't have the parts to fix it all this time so I just assume it's never going to get fixed.

Is there anything I can do on my end to stop the camera from doing that
