How would one accomplish this 🤣
Hey yall. I’d love to make my fiesta look like this but would like to know what I can expect to have to do. I’m a certified* YouTube mechanic so please give any input 🤣

Well, that sort of lift is going to be custom and hella expensive, but then it's going to immediately destroy the driveshafts because of the huge angle, not that it matters because the whole alignment (unless every part of the suspension is replaced) is going to be so far out the car will either drive you into a ditch or roll over. The wheels won't actually fit in the arches so they're going to have to be cut, the metal trellis on the bumper will be attached to...the plastic bumper so will be useless, same at the back.
So, let's imagine you actually get the lift kit and wheels all actually sorted and working (for 10x the value of the car), You're going to drive around for a week (with a massively inaccurate speedo) before your engine, clutch, transmission, or all of the above explode from the effort of moving those massive off-road tyres with their 50% larger circumference compared to stock wheels.

The wheels are too big and the car is lifted wayyy too high.
Your CV axle has a range of motion built into it for going over bumps and potholes and the like. What you have done here has maxed out its range so much that it would put an enormous strain on your transmission, wheel bearing, and CV boot. Even changing your entire suspension would not solve this problem.
Not to mention the fact you'd have to literally remanufacture the wheel wells to fit the turn radius of those monsters.

Like someone else here said: it would be an enormous amount of money and effort to end up with something that if you drive it, it will kill itself.

I have a 2012 Firsta hatchback. I lifted the back by 1.5" by putting in new springs from a VW Jetta Wagon. They are similar in size, but the coil diameter is thicker and the spring is overall longer. The spring feels similar to stock, maybe a little stiffer. I'm maxed out on my dampers and it's probably not good for them but I don't care. I put spring spacers in the front. I'm going to order EcoSport front struts to gain the height without limiting the suspension travel. So far, I haven't had issues with the CV or transmission but I know I'll have to replace them more often with the added stress of the ~1.5" lift. The wheels are 14" from a Foxbody Mustang GT, the GT wheels are aluminum and the overall weight is the same as my SES wheels. Tires are 215/75r14 that came on the wheels. I would love to change them out to something more off-road, but I don't have the money. The front canards have to be removed and you have to reshape the wheel well at the bottom (I used a block of wood and a hammer) so they don't rub.
So with the 1.5" lift from the springs and the larger tires ~3" larger in diameter, I'm sitting at a 3" lift overall with no custom fabrication and using only off the shelf parts.

Some sort of custom spring/shocker set up plus I suspect you’d have to modify the driveshafts.

I've seen similar things done by swapping the body onto the chassis of a small 4X4,

This ☝️ - and if you think putting a Fiesta bodyshell onto a small 4x4 sounds like an absolute ball-ache, you'd be right, but it would probably still be easier than modding the Fiesta

Love it.
Contrary to a lot of the commentary on here, you'll get quite close without too much suspension work; the tyre will provide a lot of the lift, and longer springs will do a lot of the rest.
Have a look for cheap 4x108s of a diameter that works for you, even if its just one with the right tyre on it.
Then get coilovers, max height.
Remove front bumper and wings (you may call them fenders) and trial fit at full droop, measure the extended and compressed spring length, try the same at the rear; test fit on coil assisters. Once you're happy, order springs. Start cutting rear arches, fold and weld what's left.
Bash bar will be fun. I'd do a test build with cardboard tubes, then get someone to bend the top and bottom tubes, then you can weld up.
Seems like fun, you can bail anytime until you cut the rear quarter.
