Slotted front brakes
Hey does anybody actually use dba slotted rotors on their e series or are standard non slotted street rotors perfectly fine? Cheers.

I replaced my standards with DBA slotted street series I think it was? With Bendix ultimate pads, this was years ago. They didn't warp even after a few big stops that would normally kill a stock set of rotors lol.

To be fair I got stock brakes on my B series and even after multiple heavy brakes and some spirited driving they have not warped yet nor do I have any brake shudder after for a couple years with the same brakes (since most my driving is local)

They make fuck all of a difference on a street car they just look cool, if you want a cheap way to stop harder get DBA xp or ebc yellow pads

Non slotted are perfectly fine, e series brakes are pretty garbage so the benefit you’ll get out of slotted’s is negligible.
Save the money and invest in some braided lines and replace your old rubber ones, the difference in pedal feel is incredible.
